What is the return policy?
Zeasons offers a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be in their original, unused condition with all tags attached to be eligible for a return. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Read more in our Return and Refund Policy.
How long does it take to process a refund?
Refunds are processed within up to 10 days after we receive and inspect the returned items. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
What shipping options are available for my order?
Zeasons provides free shipping on all orders. Once your order is placed, it will be processed within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday), and you can expect delivery within approximately 4-6 business days (Monday to Friday) thereafter. See more details in our Shipping Policy.
Can I cancel my order after it has been placed?
